Traveller Agreement
Please read this carefully. All travellers must agree before booking. Participation in Aventara adventures is conditional upon acceptance of the following agreement to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all group members.
By proceeding, you confirm you understand and will uphold the standards below. Each section outlines expectations and responsibilities for all travellers joining an Aventara trip. If you have questions, please contact our team before booking.
All participants are required to read and indicate agreement with every part of this document before booking. Your acceptance is necessary for your reservation to be confirmed.
Conduct Expectations
All travellers are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward fellow guests, staff, locals, and guides at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Cooperation with the group, including punctual attendance at scheduled times, is required to ensure smooth operations for all.
A safe and supportive group environment depends on mutual respect and courtesy. Always communicate honestly and proactively; treat others and local communities with integrity and kindness.
Alcohol & Safety
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted where legal, but any dangerous or disruptive behaviour—due to intoxication or otherwise—is strictly prohibited. You must follow all safety guidelines provided by guides or leaders.
Failure to comply with instructions regarding behaviour, especially where safety is concerned, will result in intervention and possibly removal from the group without refund.
Group Rules
You are required to stay with the group during shared activities unless prior arrangements have been made with your guide. Respect established quiet hours and honour all accommodation policies to ensure comfort for others.
Deliberate non-compliance with group rules disrupts the experience for everyone; repeat violations may be grounds for removal from the trip.
Health & Honesty
Travellers must honestly declare relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to departure. Participation means you commit to follow all safety briefings and maintain your personal wellbeing throughout the trip.
Notify Aventara staff if your health status changes prior to or during the trip. Failure to disclose may jeopardize your safety and that of the group.
Illegal Behaviour
Aventara enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward the use or possession of illegal drugs, theft, violence, or any unlawful activity. This includes compliance with all local laws in destinations visited.
Engaging in dangerous or illegal actions will lead to immediate removal from the trip, and authorities may be contacted as required.
Removal Clause
Aventara reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or endangers others’ wellbeing, safety, or enjoyment. No refund or compensation will be offered in the event of removal due to misconduct.
This policy is essential to maintain a safe and supportive travel experience for all guests.
Travel Documents
All travellers must provide a valid passport, any necessary visas for all destinations, proof of travel insurance, and emergency contact details prior to departure.
Failure to submit complete and accurate documentation may result in denial of participation without refund. Aventara will not be liable for losses incurred due to invalid or missing documents.
